Websites & Landing Pages

A site built to
book the job.

Not a theme. Not a drag and drop template with someone else's photos in it. Every page is written and coded around how your buyers decide, and every one of them is measured on whether it produced a call.

The problem

Most sites in your trade were built by someone who has never sold the job.

  • A theme with stock photos. Pictures of somebody else's work, copy about your process, and a contact form nobody checks.
  • Nothing to do next. No clear action above the fold, no phone number where a thumb can reach it, no reason to pick you over the next tab.
  • Slow on a phone. Where most of your traffic is. Every extra second costs bookings, and Google notices too.

What we build instead

One page, one offer, one next step.

  • Written around the buyer's outcome. Not your history. Every section answers one question: why should I book this business?
  • Hand coded and fast. No page builder bloat. Built mobile first, because that is where the decision gets made.
  • Tracked from day one. Calls, forms and clicks all fire into the CRM and Google Ads, so you know which page pays for itself.

In every build

Not a checklist. A system.

01

Conversion-first layout

The offer, the proof and the action sit above the fold. Everything below exists to remove one more reason to hesitate.

02

Real proof, front and centre

Your reviews, your photos, your results. Placed where buyers actually look for reassurance.

03

Speed as a feature

Compressed images, no bloated plugins, no render-blocking junk. Fast pages rank better and convert better.

04

Built for the search

Page titles, headings and content written around what people actually type, so the page can earn traffic on its own.

05

Forms that get answered

Short forms, instant notifications, and a text back to the lead within seconds of hitting submit.

06

Yours to keep

You own the domain, the hosting and the files. No proprietary builder holding your site hostage.

How it goes

From call to live in a few weeks.

01

Discovery

We map your services, your margins and the jobs you want more of, then decide what each page has to do.

02

Copy and structure

You see the words and the layout before anything is designed, because the writing is what does the selling.

03

Build

Hand coded, mobile first, with your photos. You get a preview link and we work through your notes.

04

Launch and measure

Tracking goes live with the site. Then we watch how real visitors behave and keep tightening it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need a whole new site, or just a landing page?
If your site looks current and loads fast, a dedicated landing page for each ad group is usually the cheaper, faster win. If the site itself is the reason people bounce, no landing page will save it. We will tell you which one you are looking at.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. We set up whatever level of editing you want, from a simple content area for photos and text to the full site. Tell us on the call how hands-on you plan to be and we build to that.
What about my current domain and email?
Both stay yours and both keep working. We move the site with no downtime and leave your email untouched.
How long does it take?
A focused landing page is usually a week or two. A full site depends on how many services and photos are involved, and we give you a date on the call rather than a guess here.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, that is most of the work. You get a draft to react to, and we rewrite until it sounds like you and still sells.
